AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

1-5 Days Free Delivery*

There are no freight charges for orders delivered within Australia.

All deliveries are made via Australia Post or Star Track Express and may require a signature upon delivery.

Orders received and paid for before 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

3-5 Days FedEx Economy*

There is a flat rate of $50AU for orders delivered to New Zealand.

New Zealand orders valued at $500AU and over automatically upgrade to free shipping.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.*

Orders received and paid for before 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

RETURNS

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your order.

Any items that are missing from your order must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.

Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.

Returns shall not be accepted without the prior consent of Super Amazing. A return authorisation number is required to obtain a credit, refund, or replacement.

Items that have obviously been neglected will not be exchanged or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country, and, any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”.

We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

*Super Amazing does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.

In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon the receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

Carrier delivery times start from the moment you receive an email confirming order dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times are given in working days.
