This website and content are owned and operated by Super Amazing Pty Ltd (ABN 31 606 604 871).
The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Super Amazing Pty Ltd’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘Super Amazing’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, or, the ‘Website’). These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and to Super Amazing as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.
Both parties accept these Terms and Conditions unreservedly.
These general Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written, prior dispensation.
We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Access to the Website
We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time, for regular updating of products, and, for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.
Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with Super Amazing by entering your email and choosing a secure password. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and that you log out of your account at the end of every session. There is a password re-set procedure in case you forget your password. You must treat your account login information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party, and, only use the Super Amazing Website in person. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if login is possible, to change your password.
It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Super Amazing Website is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time, for any (or no) reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
While we strive for SSL encrypted browsing to be available for all logged-in users, we cannot guarantee that all use will be secure. While we work hard towards an error free Website, we do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free.

Product Information
Super Amazing takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
Super Amazing always strive for complete accuracy when both describing and visually representing the products we sell. We engage professional photographers in studio conditions in order to give our customers the best representation of a products colour, size and quality. However, the way you perceive colour and other attributes on our Website depends on the resolution and quality of your computers monitor, and as such, slight differences may occur.
Prices
The prices indicated at Super Amazing are in Australian Dollars and include all relevant Australian taxes but do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
All prices in the online store are displayed in Australian dollars (AU) and include GST.
Wholesale access is strictly limited to registered retail businesses with an active ABN.
Orders received and paid for before 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
All purchase orders are subject to final approval by Super Amazing Pty Ltd.
All purchase orders constitute an irrevocable offer to buy and pay in full for the products ordered.
All accounts operate on a strictly prepaid (proforma) basis.
All stock remains the property of Super Amazing Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
Any items that are missing from the shipment must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
Returns shall not be accepted without the prior consent of Super Amazing Pty Ltd. A return authorisation number (RA) is required to obtain a credit or replacement.

Delivery and Shipping Costs
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed.
Super Amazing does not deliver products to POST RESTANTE addresses.
All deliveries are made by Australia Post, Star Track Express, or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery.
Australian Orders
1-5 Days Free Delivery on Online Orders valued over $350AU*
There are no freight charges for online orders valued $350AU and over and delivered within Australia.

New Zealand Orders
3-5 Days FedEx Economy*
There is a flat rate of $50AU for orders delivered to New Zealand.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.*

Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your order.
Any items that are missing from your order must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.

Items that have obviously been neglected will not be exchanged or refunded.

International Duties and Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country, and, any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”.
We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
*Super Amazing does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the Website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon the receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Carrier delivery times start from the moment you receive an email confirming order dispatch. Dispatch and delivery times are given in working days.
Availability
We strive hard to remove sold out items from our Website as soon as possible and as such, will always endeavour to fulfill your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of the payment.
For Reimbursements
If the product is returned within 30 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Secure Payment
Super Amazing uses eWay Australia to process all transactions. eWay use advanced SSL encryptions to keep your transaction secure and does not cost you anything to use (Super Amazing is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account with this Merchant to use this payment method.
Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
Lost Or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us straight away so that we may assist you.
All Products
Please check your received order carefully for any anomalies or damage. If you find damage to your product(s), contact us immediately by email at online@superamazing.com.au to advise us of this.
Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have pertaining to our products on the date of delivery or as quickly as possible. You will have 5 calendar days to inspect your goods for anomalies or damage and report such to online@superamazing.com.au
Right of Return
Super Amazing allows you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered.
You must contact us directly to arrange your return at online@superamazing.com.au
The present Right of Return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guides etc.). Any product that has been intentionally damaged or misused, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of the receipt of the order.
Responsibility
Super Amazing will not be held liable for poor use and its consequences on the products purchased from our Website. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional usage, Super Amazing does not sell products for professional use.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders and for billing, therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Website, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you. You can at any time make a request to Super Amazing to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information. If you accepted to receive our promotional emails when you registered on our Website, offers including new items, clearance, exclusivities, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any time request not to receive any further emails from us by emailing your request to online@superamazing.com.au or by using the UNSUBSCRIBE link that appears in all Super Amazing promotional emails to you.
Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our Website and suggests products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the Website. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force effect.
